Strange Timing

Funny thing: No sooner do I start talking about my current career challenges than my employer decides to give me a promotion, moving me into a lead web development position.

This is certainly a good thing, as it puts me in a better position to steer technological decisions in the company - although I will still have some obstacles to overcome.

Weird how life works sometimes....
